This review class prepares students for the certification exam which is necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Florida. The course reviews the theory and the 22 practical skills that are part of the written and clinical skills test. It also reviews the importance of standard procedures, ethical standards, legal limitations, and medical abbreviations, the knowledge required for the daily work of a Nursing Assistant.


Students must present proof of graduation from a Nursing Assistant Program, Patient Care Technician Program, or equivalent approved training/education.


This CNA exam review class is not equivalent to completing an approved training program. Students do not receive a certificate of completion or diploma. The sole purpose of this class is to assist students who have already completed a training program prepare to sit for the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant examination.
